Mind pulled, direction-less war

Body reaps reward, said battle

Muscles strained, agonizing elasticity

Redemption.

Water flows.

Sinews, once strength, glaring weakness

Pain screams, man's own design

Body rests, God's tampered gift

Mindless direction

Wars without battle

Now freed from self-imprisonment,
the light

the path, illumined

Legs step foot first

Revived.
