dearest hypothetical,
try not to find me in the morning
as my face will surely disappoint you in the light
and my laugh is far more harsh in the fairer hours of the day
try not to find me when you awake
allow not your eyes to search the place in which I was
it is there I long to be, yet here I stand instead
for the distance I shall grant before it's need
allow not your eyes to search in the outline of my form
desire not to find me, allow happiness to reign
I merely darken your halls, leaving fingerprints behind
I am the dust, in sunlit particles, that compells your sneeze
desire not to find me, find happiness again
try not to find me in the morning, when you awake
as I am not in the place in which I was, a mere outline of a form
I desire nothing more than your happiness can bring
so try not to find me, as your day begins anew
regards and regrets,
your unsought
